2020

STORY : The Final

Once feared as 'Hitokiri Battousai' (literally 'Manslayer who is a master of sword-drawing'), Kenshin Himura fought through the turbulent end of the Edo period with just his sword. As a new era dawns, he vows never to kill again. Having overcome battles with numerous enemies, including Shishio Makoto who aimed to overthrow Japan, he now spends peaceful days with his companions.
One day, Tokyo comes under attack, and Kenshin's precious people are assaulted one after another, gradually cornering him. Before the exhausted Kenshin appears Enishi Yukishiro, the Shanghai Mafia boss who had supplied weapons and warships to Shishio. Knowing the mystery of Kenshin's cross-shaped scar, Enishi is the most terrifying and worst enemy Kenshin himself inadvertently created. Harboring intense hatred towards Kenshin, Enishi launches a Jinchuu (meaning: taking justice into one's own hands without waiting for divine judgment) to destroy not only Kenshin but also the new era Kenshin helped create!
Realizing everything, Kenshin gathers Kaoru and his friends, saying, "It's my fault," and begins to reveal his past. He tells them about his previous marriage and how he killed his wife with his own hands. His friends are shocked by this devastating past that had never been spoken of before.
Just then, Enishi's all-out attack on Tokyo begins, instantly turning the city into a battlefield. His blade of revenge is mercilessly directed at Kenshin's companions at the Kamiya Dojo. Bearing an inescapable fate, Kenshin faces the ultimate battle, risking everything for those he loves."

STORY : The Beginning

During the turbulent end of the Edo period, Kenshin Himura worked as an assassin under Kogoro Katsura, the leader of the anti-shogunate Choshu clan. He was feared as “Hitokiri - Himura Battousai”, the strongest and most merciless manslayer.
One night, Kenshin was seen at the scene of an assassination by a young woman he had saved, Tomoe Yukishiro. To keep her silent, he decided to keep her close.
Later, to escape the shogunate's pursuers, Kenshin and Tomoe went into hiding in a rural village. There, he began to question the justice of killing and discovered true happiness. However, one day, Tomoe suddenly disappeared...
